Q1: When is my response due?

Q3: Who can I call to discuss this RFP?
A3: No one.  All communications regarding this RFP must be by email. See [rules for emailing]

Q4: My company has some excellent skills that are not listed in your checklists. How can we present those skills to you?
A4: At the bottom of the appropriate checklist-worksheet (A, B, or C) you may use the Excel “Insert Row” feature to add rows with your unique skills and years of experience. You may not otherwise alter the format of the checklist-worksheets.

Q5: Are vendors expected to respond to items 5.7.1 to 5.6? If so, where should vendors put the information in their response?
A5: Respondents should attest as to whether they meet requirements through 5.7.1 to 5.7.6 in their materials either in the signed one page proposal cover sheet, their one-page Company overview, or as added line items at the bottom of the appropriate vendor checklist.

Q6: Is this a required element for the response since there is no specific SOW attached with the RFP?
A6: No. This element is not required and is an artifact of a prior revision of this RFP. This element may be ignored.

Q7: In which section of the USB’s response should this information be provided? Aside from the one-page resumes of key personnel, should an     additional page be provided with a summary of personnel, sub-contractors and their specific proposed roles in the project?
A7: All information pertaining to personnel should be in resumes or the standard rate card template. One additional page summarizing personnel, sub-contractors, and specific proposed roles will be accepted but submissions of more than one additional page on this topic will be disregarded.

Q8: Does this section pertain to the General Project Support (A), and if yes, in which section of the USB’s response should this information be provided? Should an additional page be provided with a recommended training plan?
A8: No. This element is not required and is an artifact of a prior revision of this RFP. This element may be ignored. See Q6 and A6.
